Collection Agency?
Sorta a follow up on my previous ʜsɴ threads.

Basically got it refunded but they decided to rebill me again b/c they said I got the item according to UPS. Called up UPS and they said they started up an investigation at the time of the refund and after their investigation they said that it was in fact delivered. Apparently the sig matched another order or something like that. Now they can't really open another claim according to the UPS rep so basically the package is forever marked delivered.

So all that happened months ago. ʜsɴ had been sending me letters probably every one and half months about rebilling but I changed my card info so they can't charge it. Got another letter in the mail and it said that this will be the final attempt to charge. If it can't go through then they will send my shit to a collection agency. Then they said that "any unpaid debts are reported to the retail bureau".

Not exactly sure how serious they are about this or if this would actually hurt me. Like I said, never dealt with this before.

Bought the item way back in Jan or somewhere near that.
There serious.

They won't just forget about it after sending you letters.

Pay them and move on.
^^ what he said. Better just to pay it back and not always have to worry bout a nigga comin to your crib
Heavily affects your credit score.
Collection agencies will FUCK your credit score up my dude. My suggestion, pay it and move on.

I had a friend who had to deal with a collection agency. They don't just email and mail you, they also call on a daily basis, sometimes up to 3 times a day. I'm not too sure if you want to deal with that, but I'd just pay it so they can't fuck you up.

and nothing will come of that.

the company are approaching you because they have evidence from UPS/W/e delivery company that you got the item so you getting it refunded is nothing they could chase you for fraud but eh.

That's another story.
You should just pay it, it's not worth fucking up your life just for a thousand or so in savings.
Lol dude 400$ is not worth going through this shit just pay it up

Read it again. He said 3 payments of $400 so $1200 total.

I mean if you got the item, you're not losing out on anything. Just pay it up and chalk it up as a loss and learning experience.
lol dude what do you expect? you didn't pay for an item you bought, how do you expect to get away with it? like seriously how stupid do you have to be to think that you can just blatantly steal from a company and just lie your way through it? pay the fucking bill.

Welcome to MPGH where half the discussions here are about refunding services and SE's

Looking at your thread and post history, you should already know this and yet you decide to leave a pretentious comment. We're all doing it, don't act like you don't.

And for fuck sake, read the thread. This was obviously a failed refund so ANYONE that has done a refund before would have been in the similar situation if their refund fucked up too. The dude obviously didn't plan to do this.

People these days...
