Refunding Desktop

What do you guys think of refunding a desktop PC from best buy? I heard they're pretty easy to refund, its just that i wanna know if anyone has tried best buy with a desktop?

Or what other sites have yall had success with

I'm also interested in doing a gaming desktop from best buy. I plan on doing one soon so would like to know also. Initially I wanted to buy all the parts separate to build myself but heard it was easier to refund if comes already pre-built.
