I had the same problem, i just blocked on the firewall the game .exe that you can find in the steam folder and you should be able to read memory and edit it.. remember to delete the firewall rules and the eac folder, then do the verify of integrity and wait for steam to download it again and you can play

If we use bypass, will the publisher know or not?
