Return a failed refund item?
Was wondering if it's possible to return a failed refunded item. Would I just put the return label on and ship it back? It's my worst fear if a refund service I bought does fail.

I believe you can, don't see why not 
you can almost always return the item if the refund should fail, just say a neighbor took your item and you thought it was missing if you claimed never arrived

Well if a refunder did the refund for you and failed then they should be the ones to rectify the situation and make it possible for you to do that.
If you did it then you just need to think creatively and essentially take two steps back to where you were before.
