Detected mods getting undetected?

Hi, I just saw a video of a guy that tested the mod subVersion 2.1.2 and sad it was detected but now it's not, He's a really famous modder so I trust him.

But a detected mod getting undetected is really crazy

What do you guys think?

He's probably using some sort of private bypass instead of the public loaders or something. IDK I've not modded in GTA V in quite a while so I don't exactly know what I'm talking about
