The streaks of line could be positioned better, and I don't see a light source, yet you can see it on his face.
Depth is fine, and you could use some C4D's more.
Text is also fine, colors are blending well.
Your blurring could use some work, because it doesn't go all the way to the render.
Did you use adjustment layers? If not, you should try it out. Makes things a little better.
It is pleasing to first look at it though, but looking at it more intensely, you could see flaws.
Overall, I like it.

some blending work to be done here, the elbow stick out like crazy in this for me, drawing my eye from the actual focal point. Nice sig though
