Well pretty much,

I have bought a few cheap cheats over the years (irrelevant, i know)

But recently i stumbled across the idea of pasting cheats and changing there signatures. This got me very excited. I have limited coding experience, as i am in my first your of digital tech at school (I'm 15 btw..). I also would like to learn how to code an undetectable injector for the .dll.

Can anyone help me, i know I'm asking for a lot.

I suggest you to edit the codes in HxD, by changing CSGO weapon skins and change one letter every time you inject it (before you start the game). As for the injector, don't bother, use Extreme injector 3.7 http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1252921. Before you open up steam, go to settings or options and click "start in secure mode" This prohibits steam from detecting the injector, also please disable any activated anti virus temporarily.
Inject and then you can use any hacks you like.

For the injector, you could just c+p a vb.net injector code, then use a vb.net theme as well to make it different, throw junk code in there and you got a UD injector just for you. Just search on youtube, "How to a make a dll injector" and just c+p the code and put it in visual studio with a theme. Then search for a C++ junk code generator, paste the junk into the cheat. Congratulations you have your own UD cheat and injector.
