Playing a squad game as solo (turn auto matchmaking off) and instantly leaving the plane gives you 60 BP and takes maybe 2-3 min. And you can do it simultaneously while watching streams or browsing reddit. Just click play, alt-tab out until you hear the plane and click play again.
