Does Global Banned means HWID Banned?

I was banned because I use ESP.
There was no message except "[25] Global Banned ~~".
Is this means HWID ban? So can't I play pubg in other account?

nope global ban is in beac meaned so your steam acc get banned for all beac secured games belike arma or so u understand u can just create new account and pay the game again

Im not sure if its hardware ban or ip or game

they do not ban HWID yet, they may in the future.

No, it's account specific. One of my accounts was globaled for macro during a tournament, I was able to make a new account and play

Even if it isnt he can just say something about the post, he doesnt have to randomly post, he also might be checking what his post looks like, testing to see what changed (if hes changing something)
