Posting Permissions.

So a few second's ago I designed a complete services thread to offer my services to the masses of mpgh and before that I did manage to post one But I guess I did not know I had to provide proof of my skill level. so my work is in the form of links my proof of skills that is. and IDK why i'm not allowed to post links can someone please tell me what I need to do to raise my permission level to be able to share links and what have you.
