Combat arms error!!

This is what it says every time i try to start up CA on the website Timed out while loading j Query.
I don't no what that means but id like some help :P

Trying going to your CA Folder, "C:\Nexon\Combat Arms" by default. In the folder you will see a file called CA_Direct(blue text). This can be used to start CA without using the internet startup. Create a shortcut using this file and delete your old desktop shortcut.
