Options for Target Refund?
Looking to do a Target refund myself, since my refunder is absolutely non-responsive and I'm pretty sure I got scammed. Anyways, I'm not asking for a direct step-by-step process but would like to know the general method/s used for Target. All that's come to mind is empty box and never delivered, but that seems like it's used way too much. Also, I am confident in calling them.
