the majority of good hvhers are from eu (mostly deutschland) and have good memes. by being a good hvher, i mean wasting your life everyday on nospread and finding the best configs possible. simply paying for a cheat in which you have no fucking idea of what you're doing does not make you a good hvher; these are the worst kinds of cheaters

there's one popular p2c (you should know this if you cheat in csgo) whose coder and staff all speak german, so there's that as well.
