smh you got banned because of server admin or variables

Can you be more specific ? Can someone tell me what to do excatly to make this working ? Couse I don't understand this "Select dev menu in the arma 3 mod menu during startup "

Select the Dev Menu on the Arma 3 Launcher, category "Mods"

if u play in servers with infistar my biggest guess is that it wont work, neither will it on servers with high pop or some (if not) most altis life servers.
I am basing this info on what I have found on the responses, hopefully it works despite being so late
