svrij22's multiscript

I've downloaded their newest autoit script but when I put it on my desktop it always shows up as an exe file.
Does opening up the script with autoit mean its not compiled anymore?

I'm just scared of getting a vacban and not sure if changing the exe to an au3 file will work.
