Hooks?

I had a question about hacking nowadays:

now that VTable and midfunction hooks are detected, how are people hookinjg things like directx for chams/nametags/esp/etc. without disabling the AC or being detected?

when i hook anywhere in engine.exe, i crash after 5 minuts. need help! what detects me?

i also have my own hack but my hook is detected and i don't know how to make a undetected one :/

from what i see, any hook in cshell/engine is detected - anywhere i hook, i crash after 5 minutes. afaik, a simple VMT is detected too, not sure about any stealthier VMT methods. What are other working hooks?
