You can use gamebooster...
i have same problem...i use gamebooster too and it lag very much! only with the hack.. without it work very well!!! hejsan says that i must buy a new pc.....i think i mus buy a new HACK ahahhahahah

and btw if a hack laggs u dont use it . playing legit is fun too .(if u have nx)

i had been laging a lot after the last patch, i had to put resolution to 800x600 and graphics at low :S now the game sux but at least i can play

Move to general -
Do this: Go to Combat Arms > Game > BGM and delete all the content or move it
Then go to Game and delete the file UI_SCR_Loading.rez
Helps map loading and less lag during hacking ^^
