its easy only if you lag..
when you setting up bomb... at the final when you put bomb on ground run away from there..
the bomb will be placed far from the site if you lag 2 much.. itried it several times XD

I do it in a different way. U dont need to lag to do it. Just make some1 crouch underneath the bomb when u r planting. Plant on tht guy's head. After a few secs, tell the guy to go away from underneath the bomb and it shud stay afloat most of the times.
