It's been a while, and I come back to see a new section, Console Game Hacking.
Xbox 360 modding is one of my biggest hobbies, and in the years of modding I've been getting pretty good.
Expect me to make many tuturials, program lists, etc.
My first thread for this section will be a Program list.

The first thing you need to open your HD is have an Xbox 360 transfer cable, which can be bought here:

There are other things you can use, but a tranfer cable is what I use.
There are two main programs used to open your HD, which I will post next thread.
