skins doesnt matter its like maybe 30€ for this account. League does matter only!

I don't really get it why is that. I mean say I am an Bronze V player and I am getting an Plat V account what will happen is get Silver V within a week or so. I'd rather pay an account for the skins it has than the league it could be.
