How do I activate both options? Active to 1, then back to the menu and active to 2?

Yes, select which one you want, return to the main menu of the cheat then select a different option

When I try to activate the second option, the following message appears: "An old one from this script is already running". Note: To avoid this message, see #SingleInstance in the help file. Yes or no? What should I do?

Ahhhh i understand what you're saying i get the error too. I'll fix this in the next update if possible to stop the error.

brent the cheat work perfectly but it work just on holographic sight and red dot it doesnt work in acog why ??

I couldn't get No Recoil working. I read that someone said It doesn't work with acog so i tried with every sight but didn't help anyway. It seems like working and making my aim go down but it's not enough for the all recoil. Thanks for help.

I used IWC for one match after that i got banned lol

i got bored, its a Caveria exploit, all it does, is makes the cav exploit client side infinite time, its the shittiest cheat but it works i also used it on an alt account so we're good
