due to the pixilation of not only the edges but the whole render i would say its lq
unless u over sharpened it making it look lq

Dun like at all. Too bright on his left then utter dark blue near him? Fuck that shit. And whats with that overlay of txt? I just shit a bit because of this. Still, was a good try. Just a read a tut or 2 about lighting, because his arm and all that is a real big turn-off. Just doesn't look like you put effort/care into it when you were supporting your country.
