Refundind $130 order on Ebay

What's up,
I ordered one clothing itemfor 130 from a seller that has like 30,000 reputation, a big seller. I wanna refund it and this is my first time doing it. My ebay account is rlly good I've ordered many times before legit. Do you think I could pull it off just by saying "never arrived?" Do I contact Ebay for the protection guarantee or do I contact the seller? Btw, I used paypal Thanks

30,000 feedback doesn't mean they're a big company. You're pretty scum to try eBay as most people try to making livings from eBay and people such as yourself trying to scam them doesn't make it any better.

it's one of those big ass ebay stores that has thir own online store...

Most ebay sellers with 30k reputation are small companies based somewhere.

I've been an eBay seller, I won almost all cases with "never arrived" issues from buyers as long as i provide proof of delivery, tracking, etc. There are lot more "big sites" to go to mate.

Fuck ya scum, its people like you the reason i have to deal with bullshit selling on ebay.

$130 is really not worth getting a carrier investigation, go for $5k apple, they deserve to be scammed

Remember, your eBay is linked to a PayPal (yours) so if you fuck around with it too much, your shit will get restricted in some way. Seeing that this is your personal account, what happens when you actually order some shit that is fucked up and you want eBay to step in and help?

All I'm saying is if you abuse the system and reach the limit, you will get fucked by eBay or PayPal. No one knows the limit so better to be safe than sorry.

Not worth it unless its big stuff and even then, you have a limited amount.

Not sure about big orders, but for small stuff (under $20), and especially if it's from China, they will refund you for sure. First message they will tell you to wait another 2 or 3 weeks, second mail they will just refund you and tell you to pay them back if it ever arrives. I've only tried huge stores with 100-300k feedback. The refund process doesn't go through Ebay or Paypal, so no one will limit or restrict your account. I never thought to try this, but a lot of the items honestly never arrived, and the sellers are aware of that, so they are already prepared to issue refunds.

Yeah it's from Japan and has over 300k feedback. I saw the feedback and one person said the item never arrived and the guy said to contact him for a refund, which is why I'm choosing this store lol. People bash for no reason, it's just one item
