question about cryptopay - really need help
Hi I have VCC from cryptopay. I paid with it on store where I ordered some item. Then I canceled it because I changed my mind. Support on that site told me that they did not charge my credit card and my payment is only in temporary hold.
I checked my VCC on cryptopay and I was actually charged. I did not receive my money back to my VCC.
Anyone have experiences how long it can take until I will see that money back in my card?
