Before I sent the money I was told he could do it "straight away" and AS I sent the picture of a successful PayPal transaction that I would have to wait half an hour due to his school work, although could have told this before I sent the money.

He was also adamant about sending the money as a friends and family and required me to pay more if I wanted to send as a business transaction.

Your proof image is wrong, the method shown on the proof image is patched and i know you are not able to fix it. I think you should update it

Yo dude. My friend payed you but he still didnt get his money, even tough you said you would do it.
He is also waiting for like 2 days to get the money, but you always come up with excuses.
