Refund request.

Basically I failed an American eagle refund with missing packages and got an email saying I have to contact ups or file package missing report. Can anyone fix it, it came in two packages and I don't mind partial at this point.

You can't file a missing package report. Only the sender can.
You can just return it in store, they won't have the case information on file and you can do a straight refund.
