Sharploader | Cant find WindowsBase.dll

error CS0006: Metadata file 'WindowsBase' could not be found

I want to switch from Visual studio to sharp loader to automate junk code and because visual studio takes 10 years to load but when i added my dependencies i cant find WindowsBase.

If i add it as WindowsBase and WindowsBase.dll it doesnt work :/

I have tried googling this issue but nothing so far
