evenbalance doesnt deal with warrock bans anymore so you need to submit a ticket to k2. and oh yeah by the way i wolud block out your name because k2 do read these forums.

dude, evenbalance employees DO deal with banning.

You should no longer send e-mail or create support ticket to Evenbalance. We have the PB ban logs and we will stand 100% behind ALL PB bans. Contacting them will not get your account unbanned and in the future tickets you send to them will be ignored or they will just send you back to K2 Network.

Global Hardware bans should be the only thing a player should contact Evenbalance over, but you had better be able to sell ice cream to a Eskimo because at that point they will not lift a Global HW Ban.

Our CS Reps are now handling ALL... I will repeat it a second time K2 Network CS Reps will handle ALL bans including PB bans.

Like Evenbalance we will NOT show you the proof (ban logs are proof enough and those are private) nor will we show you screen shots or any other evidence that was sent in that was used to ban a player. We will only confirm the ban is valid.

There will be NO debating this issue
