Dumb question about savegame file
So if steam cloud is disabled and I reinstall my PC, reinstall DbD on a brand new OS, is my progress lost cuz of Steam cant copy it? Or is it copy my last savegame when steam cloud was enabled?

Steam cloud might have a copy of the last uploaded save. However, it'd be a better idea to back up the local saves, located here: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[a bunch of numbers that might be different for you]\381210\remote\ProfileSaves".
Steam cloud backs up your data until you turn it off. Your data will still be saved on your PC. If you have cloud save off and you didn't back up your save before doing this, you're out of luck.
Thanks for reply, so just copy the savegame from the folder and after reinstall my PC paste it back? Or is there a back up function in steam or smth?
