It's meant to do whatever you want. In mnpeepno2's case, A decides whether you're a winner or not. If a = false then a msgbox appears that says "Winner" else it doesn't do anything.
Exactly, all you are doing is declaring a set numeric value or string (etc) as a switch which can be turned on or off .
It seems easy enough, but when you have to deal with operators and implementations beyond the traditional, it becomes a-lot more complex.
