i got my lvl 3 banned tham my lvl 11 and tahn 16 which was not mine it was jesse's
and iwas like wtf so i quit warrock and than i noticed my CE was running while i turned my bypass off

this scanning is getting out of control they might as well scan ur temporary internet files to see if u ever went to a hacking site -.-

That's a huge lie. If that was the case, people could sue K2 for negligence. There's no proof that you're the person who shares the name with the forum member, not to mention that joining hacking forums is not against the rules.

[edit] By the way, I got a funny banning once. I was using the VIP hack on my noob account, and clicked minimize instead of the x in the corner. Then I shut off the bypass so I could go on my level 26. But the VIP hack was still open, minimized and now without a bypass. So when I log on my level 26, BOOM, banned.

Some online games even state in the EULA That finding your name on a hacking site will be cause for a ban, BUT, if you can justify yourself with proof that it's not you, like if the one on the hacking site uses a different I.P(Hard to prove because of proxies) or some other form of proof, you can be unbanned.

That's nice for some games. I just read the EULA, and WR doesn't classify as one of those games. It says nowhere anything about not being allowed to join specific websites. However, just like any other game, it does say in a paraphrased form, "We can ban you for whatever we like." Keeping that in mind, they could ban you for having an account here, but it wouldn't be a very good model for business. You don't keep many customers if you ban people for anything. Also, on the official WR forums, Korgoth (I believe) stated that once your account is permanently banned, it's impossible to unban it, it's deleted from the database. So they only ban accounts that they are 100% sure are breaking some rule, not on some suspicion given a similar name on a hacking site.
