This tutorial will only be possible to Razer Synapse users (Keyboard owners) ONLY!
if you don't have it don't waste your time reading this.
So after the new patch deployed to the test servers today (09/19), BlueHole block by any means the dual key bind.
- You can't-do the old trick anymore in-game to have dual key bind.
- You can't modify the .ini to have the same results (will revert after game starts even if is READ-ONLY)
I managed to create some type of easy macro with 100% rate of sucess like the old days.
and you will be using it like before (SHIFT+SPACE)
1) Open Synapse and go to the macro tab and replicate this macro:
2) Go back to the KEYBOARD tab and edit the SPACE key like this (please ignore my RS language):
if you did right will be like this (ignore the other keys):
3) Now launch PUBG and edit the keybinds like this:
and you are done.

Noob Explanation:
1- Open Razer Synapse
2- Go to Macro Tab
3- Create an new Macro profile
4- Press Record
5- press and release Space
6- press and release F8
7- Stop the recording
8- Delete the times leave just like the first photo
9- Go to Keyboard tab
10- Double click on SPACE to edit it
11- Change it to Macro
12- Select the macro profile that you created before
