Avoiding facebook unauthorized device login notification

Hi fellowers, I am coming here to ask and hopefully get some knowledgable answer from you guys... Ok so the problem is that i ran into some trouble with my partner and I have some serious doubts about what she is doing on facebook, dont want to run into the details but i am not paranoid And have serious reasom to be doing this and checking her out.... So, right Now I do have access to her email and I am wondering if theres a way for me to log into her facebook account without immediately popping a notification in her notification bar about some unknown device/location logging into her fb.... We are about 50 km apart, dont live together... Not talking about the logged in log that you can open from the settings as i am aware that you cannot disable/modify them... Is there a way to minimize the popup notification, please? Thanks

As I said, I do have a "secret" access to her email, so I can change her facebook password to my needs and then just not "Cut off" the current session of hers, so that she doesn't notice the changed password, atleast until she logs out and in again.... And I've already tried to get on her account in the past but I know that on several occasions atleast, she got that Pop-up notification saying that her account is being logged in from a suspicious location or whatever...Could for example, logging in to her fb while using the "Anonymous mode" integrated in Firefox or Chrome help and not raise suspicion by FB security or could it do quite the opposite? Any other ideas?

You're 25 and you're suspecting that your girlfriend is doing something on Facebook that you might not like, the approach you want to do is most importantly an awful thing and will separate both of you even further and secondly, its immature thing to do, if you are insecure about it, then TALK TO HER about it...

MPGH isn't a consulting website where you get help for your troubling issue/issues with relationships, family and/or other things, if you can't talk to her about it, then she doesn't deserve you, talking to your partner and not being afraid is the best way to secure the relationship, and most of the users around here are no older than 18, so your help resources go down by a mile

If you suspect something is up you could I dunno, talk it out with her. Doesn't sound like much of a relationship if she's glued to her phone anyway.
