what is the fullprofile file inside of save folder of game is anybody know what is it ?

you spelled it wrong, and also its not a joking subject.
I guess on this Save there is all Base Content saved (without any DLC, Prestiges ect) then again it's just a guess.

My "fullprofile" filesize is like x10 bigger than clean save that game creates when I disable steam cloud and remove my current save. I don't even need to change my save with this file.
That file is sometimes there, sometimes isn't. I just delete it whenever I see it.
