Registration Problem
Lovely support,
my friend has a big problem since a long time by register a new account. He needs one on his own. But everytime he filled the register and clicked on "Complete registration", it just reloads the page and gives a message like " You need to register to post or download hacks" like nobody is logged in while trying to post or download hacks. Can you help us out?

Help is much appreciated.

There's nothing to indicate that's a problem from our end. Have they tried a different browser or connection? Did they receive an email confirmation? etc.

He tested via Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. Nothing worked. No Email came to complete registration. Also tried via Mobile Phone and Mobile Internet, but didnt worked as well.

Could be an issue with the email host. Is he using a well known host? Gmail, outlook, yahoo, etc? Also what is his username?

he doesnt have an own account, he tries to register an account. He uses GMX.

I see GMX was the problem. Using gmail worked. After trying to change it to GMX mail, it says GMX blocking MPGH mails. There was no message for that while trying to register GMX Mail. That could have solving the problem.

Indeed, we have users who have reported problems with GMX so using a more commonly used host works best, such as Gmail. Glad he fixed his problem.
