Paid/free hacks don't have a big difference, all you need to do is be as legit as possible and use only updated hacks.
I've been using free hacks (Hentaiware 10/10) for a few months, didn't got any VAC/OW ban yet.

Its quite hard to avoid getting banned for hacking.

I personally use Iniuria as my legit client, I've gotten no bans from it yet. My main is steamcommunity.com/id/smorfsmorf_ if you want to keep tabs on it.

To be honest I don't really see the difference between paid and free cheats other than more features for paid ones. Paid cheats having more features and actually work better than free ones. In my opinion though, as far as detection goes VAC can pick both up at any time and is only a matter of how updated the cheats are to avoid detection :P could be wrong tho.
Oh and most free cheats destroy your game FPS for some reason. No idea why. At least in my experience.

We're not really supposed to answer these questions as it leads to advertising. I recommend trying to "code" your own paste, there are plenty of tutorials out there on youtube and *************.
