Need Microsoft refunder/professional SE service

Here's the spill, purchased something from Microsoft, a laptop that cost $2,915.99 +expedited shipping. I swiftly went over to MPGH to get a refunder after I heard my friend received the item. The refunder told me to open a dispute on PayPal and to provide the reference number he received when he called PayPal. 10 days after, the case was closed and the refund being unsuccessful, I'm left with less than $50 in my bank account and now can't pay off some bills. Its my fault, I heard a lot of people vouch for the guy and said it will work 100% and I shouldn't have any issues. In despite of all of this...I'm still trying to find someone who can refund this item for me, my Skype contact will be listed below. Serious inquiries only, and payment will be sent after refund is done and confirmed. I will be using PayPal or I can buy a Amazon Gift card,etc. Please, I know someone can do this for me. Thanks.
