My friend got wrongfully banned a couple months ago

And he is wanting to be unbanned

How can he be unbanned?

He can contact Steam support, but they won't probably do anything about it. New account is the only way IMO.

Not steam, on here.

I believe that you are allowed to make another account (unless ipbanned) and contact a staff member. I would recommend him to talk to @arunforce or @Dave84311

What is their username?

I can check for the ban reason.

Steam wont do anything about it just buy another smurf
