Modify perks?

Is there any way, to modify perks in HxD?

Not HxD but yes to Save Editor ...

You can't modify the speed, percentage, etc...

You can only change the TIER of the perk with the Save Game Editor

This thread has been made countless of times. It's not possible, but with the save editor you can increase the level of the perk.
