I tried to refund a $350 laptop from retail Walmart on their site and it did not work. I tried like 10 online reps and called on the phone, they all said you need a police report. Good luck with that.

Do you even know what SE means? It means "Social Engineering". It's manipulating with people, in this case people working in the companies. If you have no knowledge on how to work with those people and do the refund, you can easily fuck up and even get reported on local police department - which can really happen. Not talking about SEing Logitech or the basic Fitbit stuff, which is basically like buying a new 160$ product for 2$. SEing is much deeper and it does require knowledge if you actually want to do something bigger than Logitech and basic stuff like that. It's all about the company being nice? lol.. made me laugh really, it's mutual.
