I'm not trying to probe for method. I just want to use someone's services but confirm there is no rebill/ why there is no chance of rebill. Why do you recommend to cancel cc if there is no chance of rebill?

Because he's out for business... There's always a chance of rebill and knowing walmart does it months later, how does one know they don't rebill?

He just started offering it a day ago, it should be obvious what the method is..that is why he suggests canceling the card. Not paying 15 or even 10 percent for this.

LOL going to jail for refunding at walmart? Don't be stupid, at most you will be sent to collections. "Unlikely"..meaning a rebill is possible to happen. Thats why you are telling folks to cancel their credit card...which may not even work since new CC systems are in place to charge the new account number.

We all know refunders need customers coming in, but dont be so cheesy about it.

If anyone got "billed", please show proof. The reason why they want you to "cancel your CC" is because of course, they re-authorize your credit card (for 're-billing'). I'm sure they don't have a physical mail or a collection agency coming at you. Walmart is a multi-BILLIONAIRE company. You really think an order for one $3000 or something will budge them to send an agency? I don't think so. If yes, show me the re-bill physical copy.

Let me verify.
For 1000$+, most refunder will choose advandge return method. walmart will refund you first and sent you labels for returns thats why you have to cancel your credit card. But Mostly you will endup get electronic bills from walmart, if not paying fees will increasing. Good luck.
