swf merge with flashplayer

swf merge with flashplayer
Long time ago when i always used this program that was posted on this site, it allowed you to select a flashplayer version, drop a .swf file, and it would make you a standalone .exe file with the selected flashplayer version, could someone help me find it? ive been searching for about an hour without any luck.

I always wondered what's the difference between swf and .exe
Mainly im wondering about if it improves performerance

.exe means that you can make it high priority on your PC, and for some, it can significantly reduce lag.

You can do that with a .swf as well I thought, or is that .exe only?

Better way to describe it, .exe is literally an executable file which will run on it's own, a .swf needs Flash to run

goto rotmg notifer website > tools> swf to exe conv. make v.11 for best performance enjoy
