- If the group shuts down, you are entitled to a partial refund. You will only be refunded for the amount of days in subscription you have left respectfully. If under any circumstances, we offer a lifetime subscription, it is defined as the lifetime of the service. If the service shuts down, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- We are not responsible for any losses you may incur. You should never see the signals made as a means for guaranteed profit.
- This is not a mentoring service. We will not help you individually. If you want to be mentored, please purchase the mentoring teaching class. We will help you if you have any trading questions.
- All discussions must be about cryptocurrency. Any discussions not related to cryptocurrency is forbidden in the group. You may be kicked without a refund for doing so. The group is also not a marketplace, do not sell or buy anything from one another.
- There are 2 group chats. One for signals and one for discussion. Do not post in the signal group chat under any circumstances. Doing so may lead to a kick without a refund.
- Any rule breaks can be kicked from the group without notice and without a refund.
- You are not allowed to ask for a partial refund ever. All refunds under any circumstances are subjective.
- Do not ask for any analysis for a specific coin.
- Since everyday isn't always ideal for investing, we may not make signals every day. However, we have minimum signals we will provide. If your plan is the weekly plan, you will receive at least 7 signals. If your plan is the monthly plan, you will receive at least 31 signals.
- Weekly plans are 7 days long and monthly plans are 31 days long. +/- 1 day.
- We guarantee a break even only on the monthly plan. This means, if you purchased the monthly plan, we guarantee you will at least make the amount you paid for the monthly plan back. If we fail to break even we will refund you your money back (buyer will pay for network/transaction fees in the case of a refund, hence the network/transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount). You are only eligible for this guarantee if you have an initial investment amount of at least 0.1 BTC with a 10% investment on every short-term investment (0-14 days). Any investments which are over 14 days will not be used to calculate your profits. To be fair on both parties (buyer and seller), we must assume the buyer has invested in every single short-term investment. If there are current active short term signals which haven’t reached target, we will calculate them too at the rate the rate they are selling at currently. Also, an additional part to this policy, is, for example, if the price of the monthly plan is $100 and you paid 0.00557 BTC for the service at the time of purchase. We will calculate your profits to see if you at least made back 0.00557 BTC. A total profit of 0% or over will not be eligible for a refund. If during this service, you made your initial investment back with a 10% profit, you will not be elidable for the break even guarantee. This means, for example you paid 0.00557 BTC for the monthly plan and at some point, in the service, your profits were 0.006127 BTC, you will not be elidable for this guarantee. In the event that bitcoin crashes, (crash is defined as a 15% crash), you will not be eligible for this guarantee.
