There's a game in their bug.
Probably the 4th survivor was just a placeholder or something.

I was waiting for steam to show the playerlist. Its a little slow sometimes, but even steam didnt detect that game wtf

Sometimes if a survivor leaves at just the right time before a game starts, the game will start with 3 survivors. This happens. I've seen it happen at least once, maybe two or three times. Most recent time was maybe 1-2 months ago, but I wouldn't be surprised if it still happens
