What resolution? I'm not bothered to remove spaces to check the damn link.
As mentioned above not sure what resolution you're talking about but if its for OBS (which is what Im guessing because its Twitch) then just go check out a Twitch Stream Settings OBS video.

Messaging the guy on Twitch is probably your best bet.
800x600 lol idk
Must go to settings in OBS
Contact him and ask
looks like 4:3 stretch, try to set a custom resolution in the steam launch line
You can set it stretched via obs, don't remember the setting for it.
