HelpA working and undetected ejector

Hello guys,
I'm looking for a working undetected injector and can't find one.
there is one called "Fortnite Automatic" but my antivirus is blocking it while downloading.
I have checked the file scan and it appears to be a virus in like 40% of the antiviruses scans.

thanks!
