Empty box do I say this?

Hi when you say the box is empty, what are you suppose to say? Are you suppose to say the item box is empty or the item is empty in the item box? Also when they ask you to take pictures of the box are you suppose to damage the box first and then take pics or take pics with box perfectly intact? When they ask if the box is damaged are you suppose to say no or yes? I really appreciate the help

I know i'm asking alot but I guess this thread will also help others too. Yes I am new but I got to start somewhere. I really appreciate the help

Not sure what exact website your talking about, but if you go with the empty box method, remember it wasn't completely empty. And yes the box was in pristine condition.

Hi! Are we talking about the box inside the package or outside packing package that is pristine? Sorry for the confusion.

the supports are not usually so dumb to ask for a photo of an empty box :/
