possibly no more insta save files?

hey everybody, I just wanted to show you something the developers of dbd have in mind to tackle lop (loss of progress).
my question.. does this mean we won't be able to hack our files anymore in the future? would suck!

Exactly what Hure said. Just set your bonus bloodpoints to 100m, you'll be golden with or without servers. Personally hope they do and don't do servers.. Do because the killers internets are so trash half the time.. Don't because well, obvious.

Servers to help people restore their lost data , is this clear for you?

Will 100 million be enough for the future ? I'm just going to put 1 billion with 100 zeros after that (Kappa)

Was wondering, ever since I started editing my save I never turned steam cloud back on to sync it.
Is it safe to edit the bp amount and sync it to the cloud as long as my profile is private or no?

I had never modified BP amouts after to install new save data file with "all". So i played with for few days and i turned back steam cloud ON one time and relaunched the game, my save was the new with "all"; So after that i left the game directly and go back turn OFF steam cloud. And now im playing like that since a lot of days!

Well since isnt safe I'll just wait to see what the change the devs are making will bring, I hope is some sort of optional way to restore save files, so we still get to use edited files if we want.
