Process hacker

It seems process hacker has left kprocesshacker.sys on my system after uninstalling it. It will not let me remove it, any ideas would be much appreciated. I just want it removed from my system.

I redownloaded processhacker and was able to delete the new .sys the was generated. But that was after disabling it in the options. Still cannot move or delete the other one, really think that is the only option?
