If anything it's more alive than ever.
Game hacking has been dying for a while now. It's obvious that MPGH today isn't comparable to ~2009 MPGH in terms of game hacking with games like Combat Arms. MPGH still has active game sections like CSGO and GTAV or will intermittently blow up with games like Fortnite, but as aforementioned, nothing compared to before.
However, the thing that is different and brings so much activity to MPGH now, in my opinion, is the Marketplace. Once refunding and social engineering was brought to MPGH the Marketplace blew up.
